Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all poster orders within the United States. Shipping cost is included in your product price.

How your order works

1. You upload your pet’s photo and place your order.
2. Within 1–2 days, we create your portrait and send you a digital proof by email.
3. You review the proof and approve it (or request changes — we revise until you’re happy).
4. Once you approve, your order goes to production: 1–3 working days.
5. Your poster ships and arrives in 3–6 working days.

Total timeline: Approximately 5–11 days from order to delivery.

Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Digital downloads: Delivered by email after proof approval. No physical shipping.

Currently shipping: United States only. If you’re outside the US, contact us before ordering.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it.
