Returns & Refunds
Every portrait order includes a proof step — you see a preview of your finished portrait and approve it before we print. Because of this, we’re confident you’ll love what you receive. But here’s our full policy:
Before printing (proof stage)
If you’re unhappy with the portrait after seeing your proof, request revisions. We’ll revise it until you’re satisfied. If after revisions we can’t produce a portrait you’re happy with, we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked. You will not be charged for a product you didn’t approve.
After printing
Because each portrait is custom-made to your order and approved by you before printing, we don’t accept returns on printed posters. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a print quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it.
Digital downloads
Due to the digital nature of the file, downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If there’s a technical issue with your file, contact us and we’ll make it right.
